Stop stretching!

If you are stretching to improve your ROM (range of motion) or your health, listen up. There are better things you can be doing. I've said this in many ways over many years, but I'll say it again, resistance training is the way to go. Resistance training will not only improve your ROM< but it will also improve your strength and unlike stretching, it will not hamper your performance.

Stretching is old school outdated, and to be blunt, it is not nearly as effective or helpful as people think it is. If you want good mobility, ROM and function than resistance training is by far the way to go about it! So go and lift some heavy stuff and use good form and go through the full ROM> You will thank me in a few decades :).
